Labour and Supply Chain Research Sinergi Riset conducts extensive research on labour conditions and ethical supply chains across various sectors including agriculture, fisheries, electronics, mining, tourism, and garments. Our work addresses issues such as decent work, occupational safety, wage systems, and collective bargaining. We also specialize in studies on migrant workers, human trafficking, child labour, and forced labour, using data-driven approaches to support human rights and regulatory reforms.
Socio-Economic Studies We investigate the drivers and consequences of poverty, social vulnerability, and exclusion. Our research highlights patterns of inequality, access to services, and economic insecurity, aiming to inform inclusive public policy. We support evidence-based poverty reduction strategies that prioritize resilience, equity, and social protection for disadvantaged communities.
Community Empowerment and Participatory Development Sinergi Riset designs and evaluates programs that strengthen community capacity through participatory methods. Social Capital and Democratization Sinergi Riset explores how social capital—such as trust, collective norms, and local institutions—supports democratic development.
